The Minister of Finance, Vicent Soler, accompanied by the general director for ICT, Vicente Aguiló, and the regional secretary Clara Ferrando, presented this morning the ambitious plan of the Consell to digitalize the administration, give access to public services to 5 million Valencians and universalize broadband until IMG_0803A plan that will have a multi-year budget that together amounts to 560 million euros, of which 142 will be executed in the next year. The objectives of the plan are, first of all, the digital transformation of the administration; bring the administration closer to the citizen and strengthen the indigenous ICT sector, within the project to change the productive model.
The plan, which has been developed with the collaboration of the Valencian universities, the network of technological institutes and with a special role of the ITI, is a collaborative program that arises from pooling the needs of the administration and those administered, the universities and companies, whatever their size.
